NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW
Our prediction of nifty opening and sustaining above 5700 has
turned true today. Nifty opened near 5774 touched a high of 5849 and low of 5770
in intraday trade. There is likely to be another big jump in Monday’s opening i.e. will open near 5800...
As it stands now, the level of 5821 is very critical for the
day if we see large gap up as expected above this level. If the bullish tempo
is to be maintained then the index should not fall below this level in any
decisive manner. If the Nifty were to go down and settle below 5750 , after
opening higher, we would have to accept that it has not cleared 5710. In the
short run, we need to see a higher high than 5870 and a close above 5850 to
suggest that a possible intermediate uptrend consistent.
RESISTANCE:5750, 5800,5860
SUPPORT: 5740,
5700,5650
The gas prices hiked to USD 8.4 and the decision is to be implemented from April 2014. The main concern is more from the point of power consumers and the power sector because ultimately they will have to bear the brunt of the price rise. Earnings per share (EPS) estimates for Reliance, ONGC and Oil India will go up.
