NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW 09-OCTOBER-2014

Yesterday’s Tatasteel Call almost achieved 1^st target..!!!

The Sensex ended a volatile session on flat-to-negative note as global markets remained under pressure on concerns of global economic growth. Today Nifty closed at 7842 down 9 points. It touched a high of 7869 and a low of 7815 in trade today. 

Further weakness is quite likely in tomorrow's session also. If the Nifty will fall below 7820 and sustain there then expect more selling to come. For any sustainable recovery wait till you see the Nifty taking out successfully the potential supply zone between 7890 and 7930 this is the bare minimum condition that the bulls need to meet so that we can see a sustainable recovery. Hence, any failed attempt in this regard would be very damaging for the market.

Bearishness was witnessed in the market throughout the day. The  Sensex ended nearly 300 points lower following a sharp correction in European markets. Nifty has breached at 7850  Today nifty slipped below the level 7900 and closed at 7852.The 50-share index  down 93 points The Sensex ended at 26,271, down 296  points .future started at 7929 made a high of 7970 and low of 7883 and closed at 7892, total 87 points was moved by nifty future throughout the day.

Volatility was witnessed in the market today. The Sensex surged as much as 254 points in intra-day trade on Tuesday, but failed to keep the momentum and closed the day with gains of just 33 points in a highly volatile trade, as RBI in its monetary policy review hinted at the possibility of no rate cuts by January 2016.Today Nifty closed at 7964. It made a high of 8030 and a low of 7923 in trade today. Total 107 points was played by nifty throughout the day.

On the week ended Friday a smart recovery was seen in the market. Today was the first trading session of October series. See-saw movement was witnessed in market today. Nifty was shuttling between the levels 7841-7993 in early trade after opening lower nifty slipped into the red. Nifty hit its lowest level in more than two weeks. The market alternately swung between gains and losses in mid-afternoon trade. Today nifty future opened at 7956 made a high of 8057 and low of 7897 and closed at 8033. Total 160 points was played by nifty future throughout the day.

The whole Chart structure post 16^th May 2014 (General election result outcome) seems to be of time-wise consolidation and once this consolidation is over, BankNifty could be out of woods and resume its upward trend

While analyzing the daily charts of “BankNifty” We found the Index could bounce back in case it dips to 15430-15700 zone owning to confluence of supports at lower levels

~ Trendline 1 support is placed just above 15400 levels.

~ Trend line 2 support is placed just above 15550 levels.

~ Neckline support of the “Inverse Head and Shoulder Pattern” is placed at 15460-15500 levels.

Volatility was witnessed the market today.Both the key indices Sensex and Nifty, which were struggling to maintain 27,000 and 8,100 levels in early trades, managed to close above these levels . Nifty, after slipping below the 8100 mark to touch a low of 8,064 , bounced back to close 24 points higher at 8,146…After opening lower at 8084, Nifty future made a low of 8076, but in the second half nifty future rose up and made a high of 8176 and closed at 8153.

Bulls are back in the action…!!! The Indian markets staged a strong comeback in trade today after a weak start. As the concerns of earlier-than-expected hike US interest rates eased, bulls took the charge. Fresh buying and bout of short-coverings helped the Nifty cross 8,100 marks. A very strong recovery was there in the market. Nifty crossed the level of 8100.Today nifty future started at 7964 made a high of 8143 and low of 7956 and closed at 8132. Total 187 point was played by nifty future throughout the day. 

NIFTY FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR THURSDAY 18 SEPTEMBER, 2014

The bear are on track; Nifty future started at 7994 but could not sustain this level and dropped till 7962.It made a high of 8010 at the time of closing it tried it tried to get recover & Finally ended at 7992 Total 48 points Was played by Nifty future throughout the day.Whole day one positive thing was there, that nifty won't brake down the level of 7950 t.In case, there is for strong recovery in the market, the Nifty future needs to get past the first critical supply zone between 8020 and 8050 range. Once again, the level of 8035 comes now if the index remains below this level it would signal a new phase of weakness coming in, which, by the way, is all but natural due to US Fed two-day policy meet which ends later today.
