NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR MONDAY

Nifty fell below the psychological 6,000 mark. Nifty shed 35 points to settle at 5,998, its lowest closing level since 11 January 2013. The index hit low of 5,983 in intraday trade. The index hit a high of 6,052  in intraday trade. We need to watch out for the range between 6040 and 6050 if the index manages to stay above 6050 today on sustained buying campaign then only expect further upswing else a failed test of this supply zone would imply further fall....

NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW

 Nifty advanced 55.30 points  to 6,074.65, its highest closing level since 21 January 2013. The index hit high of 6,080 and low of 6,014  in intraday trade.

We need to monitor the initial supply zone between 6070 and 6100—unless this range is cleared on the back of sustained buying, we are unlikely to see any  of a recovery that is well worth talking about ....

NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW

Next batch of Q3 December 2012 results will set the trend for the equity market in the near term. Nifty rose and finally ended on  6,064 today. In major earnings today, ITC and HDFC Bank reported strong growth numbers. Wipro’s third quarter numbers were slightly ahead of analyst estimates, but the mute revenue guidance for the March quarter prompted investors to book profits. However, we still need to monitor the Nifty’s ability to take out the 6050-mark decisively...

WHY THE TRADERS FAIL

1.They do not understand that the markets are a mirror of life on a chart. Markets are a living thing and reflect crowd behavior, the trader are one of the crowd too.

2.They fail to understand their own personality and what that means for their trading style.

3.They fail to notice how they transfer their feelings and emotions to their trading and believe that the emotions they pick up from other traders and the markets are theirs.  Feelings are unpopular with traders, big mistake!

4.They have unresolved psychological blockages which they supress with superficial positive thinking and learned discipline. We all have blocks, to think that you are the one who has not is dangerous arrogance.

NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW

Nifty ended the week with a loss of 17.35 points  at 5951.30.A surge of 16 percent by India's Number 2 software services provider Infosys could not repair dented sentiments in the market. The end-of-day  chart pattern of the Nifty indicates that, in all likely hood, we are going to see an initial round of volatility that may be encapsulated between the levels of 5980 and 5950....
