NIFTY FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW

As we have predicted in last post nifty future managed to cross 6800 today on sustainable basis. Nifty made a intraday high of 6847 and a low of 6748 today. Very good volatile trading session today ,nifty managed to move up by  nearly 100 points.The index bounced back sharply on last Monday to close at 6695 in the process, it is signaling the possibility of a recovery today The other two significant resistance levels are 6840 and 6860 before it tests 6900 or higher levels. ...

· The rupee ended 7 paise stronger at 60.10 against the dollar on Friday as foreign banks sold the American currency towards the end of the trading session.

NIFTY FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW

Market reverses after scaling record high of 6799.65  i.e almost 6800 which we have predicted yesterday .Nifty fell till the level of 6736 again bulls captured driver seat and made nifty future to settle at the level of 6774.The index continues to move up and is now within the striking distance of the much cherished level of 6820....

NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW

 A very good volatile trading session was witnessed today, nifty future had good start at the level of 6765 later it dropped till 6705 in noon session again marched to end in 6761.We got our second  ever Nifty close above the 6700-mark and also another record high at 6765 ; the latter is happening every day for the last six sessions consecutively—it’s as if we have grown habituated by it. So far, so good! Now, the first sign of   the bullish armor is visible today it’s a bearish pattern but it needs follow on selling. We ought to understand that this suggests a probable sell off in case we sustain below 6670 on good volume activity. However, so long as the level of 6650 is held, the bulls can again push it up higher. Tomorrow nifty level of 6775-6790  is to be monitored .

LEVEL 6500 : SUPPORT FOR NIFTY

Volatility was seen in market in mid-morning trade. The Sensex, was down 38.50 points or up about 65 points from the days low and off close to 25 points from the day's high. Nifty, hit their lowest level in almost one week. It trimmed intraday losses in mid-morning trade. IT stocks rose on weak rupee and improving outlook on US economy.

The Institute for Supply Management's factory index decreased to 51.3 from 56.5 the prior month, the Tempe, Arizona-based group's report showed. Readings above 50 indicate expansion. US is the biggest outsourcing market for the Indian IT firms

WORLD MARKET INDICATES extended initial gains and hit fresh intra day high in morning trade. the S&P BSE Sensex, was up 75.69 points or 0.36%, up about 75 points from the day's low and off close to 5 points from the day's high. The market breadth, indicating the overall market, was strong. Gains in Asian stocks boosted sentiment on the domestic bourses. The market sentiment was also showing that foreign funds were net buyers of Indian stocks on Monday, 20 January 2014. Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) bought shares worth a net Rs 384.89 crore on Monday, 20 January 2014, as per provisional data from the stock exchanges.

Asian stocks rose on Wednesday on optimism the global economy is strengthening.
