NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW

Nifty shed 34.95 points to 6,019, its lowest closing level . The index hit low of 6,007.85 in intraday trade. The index hit high of 6,065.30 in intraday trade. The critical levels for the day would between 6050 and 6070 levels. Unless the Nifty falls sustainably below this support area, the bulls would retain their ability to stage a strong bounce back just the way they did in the last session....

The market began the calendar on an upbeat note, as sentiment was boosted by the fiscal deal in US .Nifty advanced 48  points  to settle at 5,950 , its highest closing level since last two years.. The index hit high of 5,963 and a low of 5,935 in intraday trade. The index would open gap up and try to clear the resistance around 5920....

As we have predicted yesterday nifty after starting around 5900 could not maintain the level and slip into red to make a low of 5844 today. The end-of-day price chart for the Nifty does not reflect that optimism at all. It continues to warn us that we are headed for a corrective downdraft however short lived that may be before we start going up again.
It is true that the long term trend of our market is up  however As it is, even if you see the market moving up from here, at best a 2% upswing can be seen before a serious corrective swing setting in....

NIFTY  closed marginally lower on settlement day Thursday but the series gone by was quite strong due to consistent inflow of foreign money after Federal Reserve launched a third round of quantitative easing and European Central Bank’s unlimited bond buying plan. The market has been in a consolidation mode moving in a tight range of 5650-5700 for the fourth consecutive session today after rising over 2 percent last Friday. We feel the rally will continue and the market will move towards 5900 level in the October series..............

Bulls are in action now, as we have predicted index has not only crossed but also sustained above 5600 today. In all likely hood we will see nifty making a new high above 5650 in coming sessions.  We need to monitor if the Nifty manages to stay above 5650 even if it moves to levels higher than. However, if it really succeeds then the target would be 5680-5700. This would be a very tough hurdle to overcome at the first instance for this is likely to act as a strong supply zone.
