DAILY CHART FOR NIFTY
The indices on
Friday clocked worst week in over a month amid global cues and key inflation
data. Sensex closed at 39452 falling 289 points, while Nifty dropped by 90
points, at 11823. The Nifty hinted at a gap up opening on Monday and in line
with the expectations, the index started the week on a positive note. Nifty
rallied higher in the first half hour of the trade but it then corrected
gradually to wipe out the morning gains. The index eventually witnessed some
pullback in the last hour and ended the day with gains of about half a percent.
On Tuesday Nifty opened on a positive note and corrected marginally from the
opening ticks in the first hour of the trade. However, the index rallied higher
from the 11900 mark to test the 12000 level during the day. It eventually ended
the day near the opening levels. On Wednesday post opening on a flat note, the
Nifty corrected in the initial couple of hours to breach the 11900 mark.
However, the index oscillated around this level throughout the day and ended
the session tad above it with a loss of half a percent. On Thursday Nifty
hinted at marginal negative opening yesterday and in line with expectations,
the index started the day on a weak note. Nifty continued the negative momentum
till noon; but it reversed and rallied higher for rest of the day to wipe out
the intraday losses and end on a flat note.

The Sensex ended lower by 300 points or 0.88
per cent at 33,746 and the Nifty closed down by 99.5 points or 0.95 per cent at
10,358.85 due to fears over global trade war amid political
uncertainty in Italy.Nifty and sensex closed lower for the fourth straight
session on Monday following losses in Asia equities amid worries about impact
of US President Donald Trump’s proposed import tariffs on steel and aluminium.
For the coming week, we are keeping a close eye
on the10400 mark as we now can see an ‘Upward sloping Trend Line’ converging
around this point. Above 10400 some recovery can be seen in nifty towards
10440-10490. A sustainable breach below this crucial support would result into
a sharp correction towards 10300 followed by 10250/10110. With a near term
view, we continue to remain cautious on the market but ideally we would be
convinced to go short only after seeing few days of more such time-correction
or a relief rally to retest the higher range of 10640.NIFTY ended holiday
truncated week on a flat to negative note. As per the daily chart, NIFTY
continued prior daily down-trend and formed an Inverted Hammer Pattern right
after an indecisive one (i.e. Doji). Our negative view will remain intact on
NIFTY, as major key technical indicators have given a negative cross-over and
also, current daily as well as weekly set-up seems bearish. In case of further
decline, its prior swing low (placed at around 10,275 level) will continue to
work as a strong support for the index.

NIFTY OUTLOOK & FREE NIFTY TIPS FOR 27 DEC 2016
Markets slipped in trade today erasing all the gains made so far in 2016. With
the market switching back to the selling mode, the Sensex and the NSE Nifty, which had ended higher last Friday, snapping a seven-day losing streak
is all set to end on a weak note today. Amid lingering concerns about near term
liquidity and largely sluggish global markets and lack of clarity with
regard to the remarks about tax on financial market gains, investors are quite
wary of picking up stocks today. As tax worries loomed large Sensex and
Nifty tested their 52-week lows in intra-day trade even though Finance Minister
Arun Jaitley tried to calm frayed nerves. PM Narendra Modi’s statement that
those who make money from the markets are not paying their fair share in taxes
made investors nervous. The Nifty is now negative for 2016 erasing all gains made
so far this year and also ending at its lowest level in 2016. Midcaps got
battered in trade. The market is off the day's low now, but the key indices are
nevertheless, in line for dismal close. The Sensex, which had declined to 25753
earlier in the day, losing nearly 270 points in the process, is now down 211
points at 25829. The Nifty is down 70 points at 7915, off the day's low of
7893.

at 26211, made a high of 26787, low of 26145 and closed the week at 26477.
Thus it closed the week with a gain of 155 points. At the same time the Nifty opened the week

at 8277. Sensex, Nifty ended with a
new milestone of a 1-month record closing high, however, the market has been
volatile throughout the trading hours and moved marginally up or down.
CANDLESTICK PATTERN:
On the weekly charts, Nifty have formed a big black body candle
with short lower shadow, in line with the downtrend. On the daily charts, the
indices opened flat down and formed a Black
body doji. Interestingly, it is almost like an red doji but it has
formed in a downtrend, whereas doji is formed in an downtrend. Thus daily
as well as weekly candlestick study indicates a bearish bias in the near term.

NIFTY FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR MONDAY
NIFTY FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR MONDAY
On Friday nifty was completely range bound
it started with 6750 made a high of 6778 and low of 6720 and closed at the level
of 6726…nifty played 58 points throughout the day. The index swooped down to
test levels close to 6650 but closed much higher. However, an interesting thing
happened on the end-of-day the Nifty and the Bank Nifty both We found
a wide ranging day pattern showing a large intraday range with the opening and
closing around the middle of the range…the market has become directionless.
This means the vicious downswing of the last four sessions has probably come to
an end. Either there will be a narrow range bound movement before another
directional movement is noticed or a sharp spike up in order to mark the
resumption of the earlier intermediate uptrend. However, so long as we don’t
see the index getting past 6750 it would not be out of the woods.for Monday we
are expecting that nifty will touch the level of 6740-6770.at the other side if
nifty will slips down then the 6700 will be proved as a very good supporting
level. The last two phases of the extended general elections will take place
over the next 10 days.
