WHAT IS NIFTY

The S&P CNX Nifty is the headline index on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE). The S&P CNX Nifty tracks the behavior of a portfolio of blue chip companies, the largest and most liquid Indian securities. It includes 50 of the approximately 935 companies listed on the NSE, captures approximately 60% of its equity market capitalization and is a true reflection of the Indian stock market.

The S&P CNX Nifty covers 22 sectors of the Indian economy and offers investment managers exposure to the Indian market in one efficient portfolio. The index has been trading since April 1996 and is well suited for benchmarking, index funds and indexbased derivatives.

NSE Index, also called the Nifty is the benchmark index for large cap companies by amount of liquidity on the National Stock Exchange in India. It covers 25 sectors of the Indian economy, 50 of the most liquid blue chip stocks and covers 60% of the total market capitalization of the NSE^[1].

NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW

The market touched positive zone slightly today falling drastically from 5000 level to 4850 levels.Market touched three weeks low bottom morning but food inflation date provided some relief.

Nifty today opened at the level of 4712.35 then climbed 56 points up to hit the high of 4768.65 but finally ended at 4746.35.

The market is eyeing RBI meeting tomorrow .Major chances  are  RBI will keep all the rates ,if RBI deliver surprise it could lead market in the direction with momentum direction depending upon the surprise.

Now the level of 4750 would prove the first resistance if this level is crossed then it could hit the level of 4800.The level of 4650 would prove the major support .

Like we said on our earlier post it was choppy trade for market.Nifty closed its session in negative terrain today.

It couldnot accelerate enough to cross level of 5000 but at the same time it didnot fell below 4800 which we have predicted as major support.


 Now we can say that pull back attempt may come above 4850 closing otherwise selling off will continue.Again level of 4750 could prove the major supportive.

The down trend of nifty continued for the second day of the week.As we have predicted in our last post market fluctuations were seen between 4700-4800

Market manage to move upwards  after  hitting its highest point of the day.Finally market settled 67 points  below its opening level today.

Seeing slight upward movement today we can say that market might gain its speed to breach the level of 5000 .Tommorow the level of 4800 might prove the major support for it.  Buying slightly out of the money call option could be a good idea.

The movements in the market were nearly same as we have published in our last post.Market couldnot manage to cross the level of 5000 also didn’t fell below our supporting point 4750.

Market couldnot manage to  touch its opening point throughout the day.It closed slightly above its lowest point of the day i.e. 4769.00 was its closing point .

On Tuesday if market starts near to 4950 then it may again climb up to cross the level of 5000.

But seeing the negativity in the market today we can say that it might fluctuate between 4750-4900.

The downfall of the market continued on Friday also.Level of 4800 proved the support level as we have predicted in the last post.Market couldnot breach 5000 levels throughout the session.

Monday might bring some good omen for the market.It might start at the level of 4900 and can also cross 5000.On the downside 4750 would prove the major support.

As we have published in our last post heavy profit booking was seen today.Inspite of good start of market it declined in its morning session itself.As we have mentioned in prior market would go below 5000 ,soit was seen today ..Market touched its low level of 4938.5

which was  the  lowest point since last 8 days.

Good start of market might be seen tomorrow,if  starts above  level of 5000 then may go upto 5125.10 points.But as  market falled below the level of 5000 today so 4800 may prove to be major support.

Market had good opening today.It maintained the level of 5000 and even touched its highest level of 5134.65.Noon session was not so good for it but recovery was soon.and finally ended at5066.25.

Hope many profit bookings for coming session.If nifty touches the level of 5110 then it may move upto 5170 points.If market drops below 5090 then it might go below 5000.

Last week  proved very sgood for the market .It maintain the level at  which it closed today also.There was not much up and down seen in the market.It fluctuated just 20 points above and below its opening points .It started at 5062 touched level of 5985.90 and then falled back to 5022.20 at the end.

Now continuing the same trend market will be above 5000 for coming session.If it crosses the level of 5050 then may go upto5150 points .The level of 5000 will prove to be major support for it.

The pace of the market was well maintained.It made good start at 4978.45 points and fluctuated above and below near its starting point.Finally took a deep breathe on 4963.75.

After seeing that today market crossed the level of 5000 it  seems that market would do the same tomorrow We hope that market may not fall below the 4850.

Market proved out to be good today.It moved only 62 points above its starting point was todays highest point i.e.4862.00

Market moved around its opening point and finally shattered down at 4832 points .

At the end of the day we can predict that if market cross first resistance i.e.4860 then could meet second .But we can’t forget the otherside at the same time that market maynot fall below 4700 points.
