HISTORY WILL REPEAT ITSELF ; NIFTY FORTH COMING STRATEGY

The English translation of the Hindi word “Dubara” is “again”. The first thing that comes in a Technical Analyst’s mind when he thinks about the word “Dubara” is a stock market cycle. A cycle is a chain of events that repeats over time. The outcome might not be the same each time but the characteristics are quite similar.

Cycle frequencies can both be short and long, it can last from minutes until thousands of years. Understanding long term cycles in stock market helps you determine the overall market trend and similarly short term cycles helps you determine your timing in the entry and exit points in the stock market. Text Book examples of stock market cycles widely respected and followed are “US Presidential Cycle” and “Dow 18 Year cycle”
We are going through one such Short term cycle which is the “India’s Election Cycle”. As per this cycle, Nifty has the tendency to rally few weeks before major elections results are out and then post results it goes either for time wise consolidation or price wise consolidation for 12/13 weeks.

NIFTY FUTURE PREDICTION FOR THURSDAY 28-AUGUST-2014

Bulls are struggling to take nifty beyond 8000, the level 8000 can be witnessed by the next week...Today Nifty future marked record closing high of 7,936, up 31 points, supported by gains in consumer durable, oil & gas, reality and pharma stocks.Nifty future started at 7930 made high of 7948 and low of 7911, & closed at 7943, total 37 points was played by nifty future throughout the day. Nifty future was tried to cross the hurdle of 7950 but was failed and came down after touching 7848.

NIFTY FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR WEDNESDAY 27-AUGUST-2014

Volatility was witnessed in the market today. The Sensex managed to close in green at 26,442 after losing over 120 points in intraday trade on Tuesday, supported by gains in ITC Sun Pharma HDFC, Tata Steel and Tata Motors.
The Nifty closed above its crucial psychological level of 7,900, weighed down by losses in capital goods, power, Oil & gas and banking stocks. Today nifty future started at 7895 made high of 7918 and low of 7871 and closed at 7908, total 47 points was moved by nifty future throughout the day. 

NIFTY FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR TUESDAY 26-AUGUST-2014

Nifty was on fire today. Today nifty future crossed the resistance level of 7955 and made a new high of 7979, but in last half an hour of trading session nifty was slipped down and came to 7914.Today nifty future started at 7926 and closed at 7914, total 65 points was moved by nifty future throughout the day. Tomorrow on tuesday Nifty future will try to recover and will come again at 7945-7960 if this levels will achieved by nifty future then there will be higher possibilities for 8000 level at the other side 7910-7900 will be proved as a major supporting level for nifty future.

NIFTY FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR MONDAY 25 AUGUST,2014

• Trading for the week began with a bang as key benchmark indices rallied on Monday, 18 August 2014 after Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday, 15 August 2014, in his first Independence Day address to the nation emphasized the need for better governance and stressed on the need to promote the manufacturing sector. Nifty Future opened at 7762..made a high of 7811 and low of 7748 and ended at 7803.nifty future moved in a range of 63 points throughout the day.
• Market eked out small gains on Tuesday, 19 August 2014 after seeing intermittent volatility in intraday trade. Nifty future edged higher and hit a fresh high of 7886 at the onset of trading session. It made a low of 7772 and finally recovered from here to end at the level of 7872, total 114 points was moved by nifty future throughout the day.
• Market dropped on Wednesday, 20 August. nifty future started at 7896 made high of 7923 and low of 7888 and closed at 7907 total 35 points was moved by nifty future throughout the day..
• Market edged higher in choppy trading session on Thursday, 21 August 2014. today nifty future started at 7909 made a high of 7915 and low of 7881, and closed at 7882, total 34 points nifty future moved throughout the day.. 

NIFTY FUTURE OUTLOOK FOR FRIDAY 22-AUGUST-2014

On Thursday market was very volatile throughout the day. Today nifty future opened on a firm note at the level 7886, then after going higher at level 7937, it slipped down at 7867 which was below from its crucial & psychological level of 7900, weighed down by losses in metal, IT, pharma and reality stocks. At the time of closing nifty future made a smart recovery and closed at 7905, total 70 points was moved by nifty future throughout the day.

NIFTY OUTLOOK FOR THURSDAY 21-AUGUST-2014

Today market was completely direction less. After making new high of level 7900 today market slipped into the red. At the time of closing market touched 7882, which was below from its crucial and psychological level of 7900.Nifty neither move upside nor towards down side, just oscillating near the levels of 7885-7915 … today nifty future started at 7909 made a high of 7915 and low of 7881, and closed at 7882, total 34 points nifty future moved throughout the day..

Nifty was oscillating near 7904-7918 levels throughout the day.The Nifty index also rose 44 points to touch its fresh record high of 7918. Nifty index came under some bit of selling pressure and closed below its crucial psychological level of 7900.
