Fund raising by the
lending firm encouraged bulls to take nifty more up but unfortunately settled
in red because global sentiments become neutral from green. The sensex touched
a high of 38414 and a low of 38125 to finally settle at 38369 while nifty has
managed to sustain above 11250. Nifty after opening gap down showed a labored
rise during the day but failed to close in the positive. Nifty lost 14 points
and closed at 11308 levels while Bank Nifty lost 36 points and closed at 22264
mark.
Nifty managed to close
the day above 11300 mark now Nifty will watch for positive cues from other
markets to enable it to register a new recent high above 11,374 and it can go
up to 11450 mark because the overall sentiment of the market is still bullish. Now,
till it manages to hold above 11300 zones then buying interest could emerge
towards 11400 zones while on the downside support exists at 11250-11200 zones.
The 11200 would be a crucial support while resistance is at 11400.
